How long do I have access to the course?

Do I need to meditate everyday?
To get the most out of this course it's recommended to practice each day as meditation is a skill like everything else in life and the more we do it, the more effortless it becomes.
How long do I need to meditate?
Each session is between 10 & 20 minutes long where we cover the essence of the practice. To see benefits more quickly it's up to you if you want to practice more.
Do I need to sit crossed legs on in a certain posture?
Generally it's advised to be in a comfortable position with your back straight (this is more so to help you focus.. and not doze off!). However, once you learn how to practice, you can meditate in any posture or position you find most comfortable.
